Purchasing
We provide you with the service of locating tickets that are typically not available through normal channels, so most tickets are purchased specifically for you upon your placement of an order. Because you are buying from an independent ticket broker, the price that you pay is often substantially higher than the price printed on the tickets.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. This is necessary because we have purchased tickets from the listing seller on your behalf and we are unable return them. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them. Refunds will not be issued on account of buyer remorse.
Event Dates and Times
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change. This is especially true for sporting events that are subject to television scheduling conflicts. It is important that you check with the local media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date.
Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled (not merely postponed or rescheduled) we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In the case of a lineup change, such as for a music festival, no refunds will be issued.
Postponed Events
If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. Since we are not able to obtain a refund on the tickets that we purchased for you we are in turn not able to offer customers refunds on postponed events.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
Credit Card Purchases
Please note that purchases by credit card do not grant you any variances from our terms and conditions.
Shipping:
Our goal is to make sure you get your tickets as quickly as you want them, delivered right to your door. We rely on FedEx for all of our shipping needs. They are fast and also very reliable. In order to maintain our excellent shipping record we maintain the following policies:
- We require an adult signature for all deliveries. - We ship to the confirmed billing address of the credit card used to place the order. In certain cases when a client wishes their tickets shipped to an alternate address (such as their workplace) a faxed authorization form is necessary. This includes a signed invoice, and legible copies of the customer’s driver’s license and credit card. Please contact us for details about this process BEFORE placing your order. - We only ship to street addresses. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping choice is not available in your area (such as Priority Overnight) we will contact you regarding alternate delivery. - Shipping cannot be refunded. If an event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded, but shipping charges are non-refundable. - Any order placed after 3 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day. Please call our office if you MUST have tickets delivered quickly. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays or major holidays. - If you need tickets delivered on a Saturday, you must choose Saturady delivery as your shipping method. Please note that not all areas are eligible for Saturday delivery. Contact our office if you have any doubt as to your eligibility for Saturday delivery.
